Mission Statement
The purpose of our practice is to deliver the highest quality orthodontics in an atmosphere that is enriching both to our patients and staff. We would like for you to feel welcome to ask us questions throughout the orthodontic treatment. We appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have that would improve our office.

Appointments
We have tried to arrange our schedule to accommodate most people with appointments that will best satisfy their desired time. Occasionally we may not be able to meet your time specifications and apologize if such an occasion does occur. Please understand we make every attempt to be as accommodating and flexible as possible. In addition, we make every attempt to remain on schedule for we realize the importance of your time.

Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and submit all necessary insurance forms.  We only ask that you read your policy to be sure that you are fully aware of any limitations of the benefits provided.  Unlike medical insurance, orthodontic insurance does not usually cover all of the charges incurred.  The fee we charge for services rendered to those who are  insured are our usual and customary feees charged to all patients for similar services.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Debbie at our office anytime.
